        The Department of Physiotherapy and Onco-Rehabilitation at Cancer Hospital & Research Institute provide restorative services to cancer patients in all stages of treatments, as these may have lasting effects on physical and cognitive functions resulting in impaired functional ability. Clinically effective therapeutic modules are tailored and implemented to take quality care of special needs of cancer patients.

         The Centre has a comprehensive well equipped physiotherapy & rehabilitation area available for exercise and rehabilitation. The rehabilitation includes focus on constant improvement of functional status of the patient. The team employs a proficient approach for patient rehabilitation and actively educates and advises people to perform physical therapies and exercises to restore strength, movement and function, which in turn help in the speedy recovery of a patient.
