HMDG Scheme – Provide cashless treatment to Antodhya Rashan card holer Patients. In this a patient can get the limit for treatment of Rs. 5 Lakhs. Only those having annual family income up to Rs. 1.25,000/- and below are eligible for financial assistance from Health Minister’s Discretionary Grant (HMDG). Under this scheme, Financial assistance is provided towards treatment in Government hospitals including super specialty Government hospitals / institutes.

Prime Minister Relief Fund – The Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF)Â helps people in need pay for medical treatments, such as heart surgery, kidney transplants, and cancer treatment.
The PMNRF is funded entirely by voluntary donations from individuals and institutions, and does not receive any budgetary support. All contributions to the PMNRF are exempt from income tax under section 80(G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The fund’s corpus is invested in fixed deposits with banks, and disbursements are made with the approval of the Prime Minister.
 Chief Minister Relief Fund – The objective of setting up the “Chief Minister’s Relief Fund” is to provide immediate financial assistance to the victims of natural calamities like flood, fire, earthquakes, accidents and also people suffering from various ailments.
Pandity Deen Dayal Rajya Karamchari Casheless Scheme – Government of Uttar Pradesh will provide following benefits under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana:-

- All government employees, retired employees, and their dependents will have access to cashless medical services.
- They can avail medical benefits from government and private hospital.
- Beneficiary will receive cashless treatment in private hospitals upto Rs. 5 lakhs per year and no limit for treatment in government hospitals.
Dr Ambedkar Medical Aid Scheme: – Â The scheme is meant to provide medical treatment facility to the patients suffering from serious ailments requiring surgery of Kidney, Heart, Liver, Cancer to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe persons in this caste certificate required and income certificate less than 2.5 lakhs per annum.
Limit for treatment in this category is Rs. 1.75 lakhs.
